Biography

Shea Maloney is an Associate in our Atlanta office who focuses her practice on general liability and medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Shea was a summer associate at a civil litigation firm in Marietta, where she assisted in the handling of high exposure matters involving premises liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury claims. During her time in law school, she worked with the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic, which provides survivors of domestic violence with direct representation as well as legal and extra-legal support.

Shea earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia, where she was a notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was also a part of UGA’s General Civil Mediation Training and Practicum and served as the Vice President for the Student Bar Association. Shea earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
