Biography

Shorge K. Sato is a highly experienced, peer-recognized trial and appellate lawyer with an extensive and diverse practice with a concentration in real estate litigation and business dispute resolution. Mr. Sato has worked for some of the largest law firms in the world as well as boutique firms, and has served as outside counsel for a number of businesses.

Mr. Sato earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2002, where he also served as Editor-in-Chief for the Environmental Law Journal. During his law school years, Mr. Sato gained valuable experience as an extern for the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and the New York State Attorney General's Office. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, earning a B.A. in Economics and Political Science in 1998. Admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Illinois, Shorge K. Sato remains dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to his clients.

    My experience with this lawyer is that he is that he takes extreme positions and does not comport himself within the limits of normal professional behavior. I do not recommend that you give him your seal of approval.

    I only had one matter with him and was not impressed. His whole method of representing the client was to delay the pending litigation. Par for the course given the firm he is in.
