Stephane J. Avouac joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2026 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Stephane is an experienced litigation associate specialized in complex residential and commercial real estate disputes. Throughout his career, he has maintained a fast-paced and diverse caseload, representing clients in New York trial-level and appellate courts. Stephane has extensive motion practice and has drafted and argued appeals before the Appellate Term and Appellate Division. A graduate of Columbia Law School, Stephane is detail-oriented, strategic, and adept at handling complex matters.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., Stephane was a Senior Associate at Smyth Levenson LLP. Earlier in his career, he worked at a legal services organization where he represented low-income clients.
