Co-Chair, Litigation PracticeMr. Alexander focuses his regional practice on all aspects of tort defense, premise liability, products liability, construction defect and bodily injury, New York State Labor Law, property damage, and motor vehicle litigation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He also has experience in the area of professional malpractice.
Mr. Alexander is AV Rated and has tried cases at the state and federal courts level in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He represents a diverse group of national and local clients including large and small businesses, municipalities, retailers, restaurants, garages, developers, contractors, transit authorities, insurance and manufacturing companies. He has successfully represented his clients in trials involving personal injury, construction, bodily injury and defects, and products liability jury trials in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and New York.
