Biography

Stephen P. Brooks has over thirty years’ experience defending insureds and self-insured entities, with defense jury verdicts and pre-trial dismissals in virtually all types of insurance defense, including product liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle, Dram Shop, and fall downs. He is active in the defense of asbestos claims and frequently holds the position of defense liaison counsel in cases in New York’s Seventh and Eighth Districts.
