Steven E. Waldinger, a seasoned civil litigator, joined Gettinger Waldinger Monteleone Gushue & Hollis, LLP in 1988, became a partner in 1998, and now leads the firm's litigation practice. Renowned for his unique skills in commercial, landlord-tenant, and real estate litigation, Mr. Waldinger has carved out a niche representing condominiums, homeowners’ associations, and cooperatives across several New York counties. With over three decades of legal service, he has adeptly guided over 100 community association boards, addressing challenges from bylaw enforcement to complex construction disputes. His influential article in the New York Law Journal reshaped condominium foreclosure representation. An accomplished speaker, he educates on efficient collection strategies and more. Additionally, Mr. Waldinger handles commercial and residential real estate disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. Active in northern Westchester County, he has held numerous leadership roles, including Past President of the Northern Westchester Bar Association and President of the Somers Holocaust Memorial Commission. He also contributes to the Westchester County Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to community service and legal excellence.
