Biography

For over three decades, Steven M. Goldberg has devoted his career to advocating for individuals and families harmed by medical malpractice, defective products, catastrophic injuries, and corporate negligence. As the founder and principal attorney of Goldberg Legal Co., LPA, he has built a reputation for taking on complex, high-stakes litigation and delivering results in both state and federal courts nationwide. His experience includes appearances before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as leadership roles in multi-district litigation involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and toxic torts. Among his notable appellate victories are Carpenter v. Consolidated Rail Corp., 69 Ohio St.3d 259 (1994), and Estate of Cook v. Montville Township, et al., 2024-Ohio-5690, argued before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Widely recognized for excellence in trial advocacy, Steven M. Goldberg has earned sustained national recognition for his leadership and results in complex civil litigation. A graduate of Capital University School of Law, Steven is equally committed to his family. He is a devoted husband to Amanda R. Goldberg, an Official Court Reporter, and a proud father of three daughters: Taylor, Jessa, and Lily. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and their beloved pets: Duke, Sam, Monsieur Pussycat, and Darla.
