Steven McCauslin is a principal who has been with the firm since 2001. He focuses his practice in the areas of mass tort litigation and product liability with a focus on asbestos litigation as well as commercial collection cases and probate matters relating to post-acute care.

Mr. McCauslin obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Michigan State University and received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was a senior member of the Law Review.
He is a member of the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
Mr. McCauslin is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
