Thomas "T.L." Kearney, IV, knows that when you are facing a legal battle, it is likely one of the most stressful moments of your life. His academic background is just as impressive; he graduated with high honors from both the University of Pittsburgh and Widener University School of Law. During law school, he held a prestigious externship with a U.S. District Judge, giving him a unique view of the federal court system.
