Biography

Since 1982, I’ve been dedicated to helping people navigate the aftermath of serious injuries, from medical malpractice to nursing home neglect. Being a board-certified civil trial attorney since 1992 means I have the specialized expertise to take a case all the way to a jury verdict if that’s what it takes to get justice. While most people prefer to settle out of court, I’ve found that the best results come when the opposition knows you’re ready and willing to fight in front of a jury. I’ve successfully tried cases in 14 different counties across Florida and have even handled major federal litigation, like the 1985 Delta Airliner crash. For the last 22 years, my home base has been in Fort Myers, giving me deep roots and local insight into the courts in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties.
