Tom McCartin is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience, committed to providing responsive, dedicated, and thorough legal representation. A graduate of Georgetown University and Maryland Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Tax Lawyer, Tom has held notable positions within the legal community, including Chairman of the Montgomery County Bar Association's Estates and Trusts Section. He is also an active member of the Maryland and DC Bar Sections on Estates and Trusts and Taxation. Beyond his legal practice, Tom is deeply involved in his community, having served as President of the Rockville Jaycees, Chairman of the Upcounty Citizens Advisory Board, and as a member of various boards, including the Poolesville Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and tax topics, sharing his extensive knowledge with others.
