Timothy A. Bishop is a Partner in our office in Brunswick, Georgia, and he concentrates his practice on insurance defense, general liability, transportation, and business litigation.
Tim is an experienced attorney who has handled hundreds of litigation matters and participated in several jury and bench trials over the years. He practiced at several other firms earlier in his career and was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Mid-South Rising Star in 2014 and a Georgia Rising Star from 2019-2020.
Tim earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has served on the Young Alumni Council and the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Belmont University, and he is a past member of the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court.
Earlier in his career, Tim worked in the music business in Nashville. He has played the fiddle/violin since high school and received instruction from a Grand Ole Opry fiddle player during his undergraduate studies.
