Biography

Tim Repass is the managing partner of WSHB’s Seattle office and handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters in both Washington and Oregon. He has served as lead trial counsel in multiple complex litigation jury trials, trying high-exposure cases to verdict with great success, and practices primarily in construction, professional liability, transportation, employment, environmental, appellate, and insurance coverage. Tim regularly represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in Washington and Oregon.

Tim has substantial experience in construction law, representing builders, developers, and design professionals in a wide range of matters, including defect and job site injury claims. He has testified on behalf of builder clients in front of the Washington State Senate Law & Justice Committee related to the Washington Condominium Act, and drafted statutory revisions that became new law. He has also litigated large-scale environmental contamination cases brought under state and federal law and other environmental exposure and toxic tort cases.

In 2026, Tim was selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law and Litigation in Seattle, Washington. He has also received recognition from Super Lawyers Magazine. Clients have come to rely on Tim for his practical and efficient approach to resolving high-exposure matters.
