Since 1990, Tim Lapointe has been a fixture in Iowa’s courtrooms, having practiced in more than 35 counties across the state. He’s tried hundreds of cases, which gives him a level of comfort and insight in front of a judge that only comes with decades of hands-on experience. While he’s well-versed in many areas, his primary focus is helping people who have been seriously hurt, whether that’s through a personal injury, a workplace accident, medical malpractice, or the tragedy of a wrongful death. He also provides essential guidance in probate and employment law. Tim is deeply connected to the legal community as a member of the Iowa Association for Justice and a PAC Trustee, and he’s even been invited to join the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He also collaborates with the Lapointe Law Firm in Indianapolis on specific employment cases in both state and federal courts.
