About Attorney Awards

Biography

Todd Houslanger, Esq., and the members of his firm, Houslanger & Associates, PLLC, have been robust supporters of the creation of the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (SCTPVA) and advocated for its’ creation through our membership and participation in the Suffolk County Bar Association. Retaining our office as your defense attorney provides you the personalized opportunity for the resolution of your traffic matters, generally without you having to appear in Court, wait in long lines and hours for a conference that is often confusing and intimidating. Our extensive knowledge gives you the benefit of an efficient and expeditious modality for the adjudication of traffic, speeding and other violations of the NY Vehicle and Traffic Law. Our goal is to minimize the points and fines associated with convictions and provide you with the least stressful contact with the legal system. We know how to negotiate the best disposition, including alternatives, diversions and substitute dispositions. Once you place the matter in our hands we strive to provide a worry-free experience. Our offices are open 10 – 6 PM Monday through Friday, and most evenings as well to accommodate you.  Please call us toll-free at or. We will provide a consultation over the phone or virtually via zoom. NOTE: There are strict timelines in which you must still answer the traffic citations. Even though the Courts are either closed or have reduced capacity, we will file our appearance on your behalf and avoid the risk of you being held in default. Call us today!
