Biography

Professional Experience:

Trevor served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Hinkle of the Northern District of Florida for two years before joining Clark Partington Hart. His practice leverages this exposure to the civil trial process and substantive issues in commercial litigation and employment law.

Trevor earned his bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and his Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude, in 2009. Trevor graduated at the top of his entering class, receiving book awards in eleven classes in addition to being inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Trevor served as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court. He was a two-volume board member of the Florida State University Law Review, earning Meritorious Service Awards for his service as an Article Selection Editor for Volume 35 and the Senior Articles Editor for Volume 36. Trevor was also an active member of Florida State's Moot Court Team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. He was a semifinalist in the 2008 Craven Constitutional Law Competition at UNC-Chapel Hill, arguing Second Amendment issues that were ultimately decided in District of Columbia v. Heller and McDonald v. City of Chicago. He was later a finalist in the 2009 George Washington University Religious Freedom Competition, arguing issues related to the ministerial exception to antidiscrimination laws that were recently decided in Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. EEOC.
