Turner LaFiandra-McCall

Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Turner defended clients in personal injury, property damage, and liability claims at a regional litigation firm, handling cases from pre-suit investigation to their conclusion. He has experience analyzing insurance policies, coverage issues, and claims handling procedures to identify defenses and advise clients on case strategy and settlement. Turner also gained valuable experience in estate planning during his time as a summer associate, where he drafted wills and trusts and advised on wealth transfer strategies.

Earlier in his career, Turner completed an externship with a transportation and logistics company, where he analyzed federal and state regulatory compliance, reviewed contracts, and supported litigation and risk management initiatives.

Turner earned his J.D., magna cum laude , from Georgia State University College of Law, where he received CALI Awards in Evidence, Corporations, and Bankruptcy. He holds a B.A. in History from Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude .
