Venar Ayar is the principal and founder of Ayar Law, where he resolves complex IRS and Michigan tax matters for businesses and individuals, including tax audits, back‑tax settlements, payment‑plan negotiations, lien and levy releases, criminal tax‑fraud defense, and foreign bank account compliance. A metro Detroit native, he returned home after witnessing the local economic downturn and the rise of unscrupulous actors preying on struggling taxpayers, and opened a practice to provide qualified, ethical tax‑resolution representation. Prior to founding Ayar Law, Venar practiced as a solo tax attorney in metro Detroit and served as a tax attorney at RJS Law, southern California’s largest tax firm. His experience owning and operating small businesses—including an accounting and tax‑preparation service, supermarkets, and a hotel—gives him practical insight into resolving tax challenges for entrepreneurs and business owners.
