William Bryan Jakes, IV

Bryan brings more than a decade of litigation experience throughout Tennessee, and also has experience in general liability, business litigation, and construction matters. His background includes representing clients in complex tort cases, premises liability claims, commercial disputes, construction litigation, and wrongful death actions. This breadth of experience enhances his ability to approach cases from multiple angles and deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Bryan has also successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, demonstrating strong written and oral advocacy skills. His appellate experience complements his trial work and provides added value in cases involving significant legal issues or post-trial proceedings. He further has experience in probate and trust litigation, representing clients in contested estate matters and fiduciary disputes.

Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
