Biography

Bill Holland joined the firm in 1988. He is a partner practicing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, land development and environmental law.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in 1985 from the University of Georgia, where he majored in Political Science. In 1988, he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Mercer University. While attending Mercer, he was a member of Mercer’s National Trial Competition Team.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Valdosta Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. From 2002-2003, he served as President of the Valdosta Bar Association. Currently, Bill is a Board Member of the Senior Life Insurance Company and America’s Second Harvest of South Georgia.
