Biography

William F. Holbert – Founder & Lead Attorney at Holbert Law

William “Bill” F. Holbert is the founder of Holbert Law, a Georgia-based firm exclusively dedicated to representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. With over two decades of legal experience, Bill has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for families across Georgia.

Prior to founding Holbert Law, Bill served as a defense attorney for one of Atlanta’s largest firms, representing nursing homes, hospitals, and medical professionals. This experience provided him with invaluable insight into the strategies employed by care facilities to avoid accountability. Today, he leverages that knowledge to build compelling cases for victims, ensuring they receive the compensation and justice they deserve.

A graduate of Emory University School of Law and Wake Forest University, Bill is admitted to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is known for his aggressive advocacy and personalized approach.
