Biography

Will Minkin joined the Law Offices of Peter G. Angelos in 1995 and has spent nearly three decades fighting for people who were hurt through no fault of their own. He began his career representing victims harmed by a for-profit chain of psychiatric hospitals, then moved into major tobacco litigation. As part of the team representing the State of Maryland, he helped secure more than $4 billion for the state. For the last 25 years, Will has focused his practice on asbestos cases, helping clients and families facing devastating diagnoses. Working with his colleagues at Peter Angelos Law, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars, including multiple jury verdicts over $15 million, numerous seven-figure verdicts, and many multi-million-dollar settlements reached before trial. Will has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland. More recently, he has represented veterans injured by defective 3M Combat Arms earplugs and those harmed by toxic exposure at Camp Lejeune. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale and remains deeply involved in Baltimore-area community organizations.
