Biography

Bill O’Neil received a B. A. from Vanderbilt University and a J. D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Bill focuses his practice on construction litigation, commercial litigation, general liability coverage matters, products liability, employment law and premises liability. Prior to attending law school, Bill worked for nine years in project management for local electrical contractors in new construction and renovation of residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. Within this field, Bill supervised projects with residential builders, commercial enterprises and municipal, state and federal governments.

Bill is admitted to the South Carolina State Bar and the US District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the SC Bar Association, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association and the Defense Research Institute. Bill has an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Ratings by Martindale-Hubbell®.
