Biography

Attorney William Pemberton focuses his practice on personal injuries and family law. Attorney Pemberton moved to Wisconsin with his family while attending high school. He, along with his wife and three boys, now reside in the Baraboo area. For his undergraduate education, Attorney Pemberton attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and then obtained his juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School. It was during his time at Marquette that Attorney Pemberton realized he wanted to focus his career on litigation. He gained invaluable experience while working for a prominent Milwaukee personal injury firm. After law school Attorney Pemberton sharpened his skills with a firm specializing in civil defense work. Passion for Family Law and Small Communities In 2005 Attorney Pemberton and his wife, Angela, moved to Baraboo to be closer to their respective families and become part of small community they could actively participate in. While working with a local attorney, Attorney Pemberton was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues, including family law. He immediately discovered his passion for helping people with family law issues. Since then, Attorney Pemberton has made family law, along with personal injury and civil litigation, a significant part of his legal practice. The Personal Side In his free time Attorney Pemberton enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. When not at home, he can be found outdoors fishing, hunting or on the golf-course.
