Biography

Wyatt is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Fiduciary and Probate Litigation Group and Litigation Group. He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested accounting and removal proceedings; breach of fiduciary duty claims; trust construction, modification, and termination matters; will and trust contests, tortious interference claims and other inheritance disputes; creditor claims; and charities issues. Wyatt also advises fiduciaries on administration issues and risk management.

Wyatt has additional experience in complex business litigation, including the successful defense at trial and on appeal of a claim seeking to enforce a $300 million foreign judgment and the successful defense and prosecution of business tort, competition, derivative, and books and records claims.
