Family Mediation

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution that enables parties to settle their disagreements in an environment that is more amicable and less adversarial than the courtroom. Mediation is well-suited for conflicts between individuals who expect to have an ongoing relationship with one another, including married and divorcing couples. Attorneys experienced in family law mediation can work with couples to negotiate post-nuptial agreements, reconciliation agreements and cohabitation agreements.
