Our expert tax and estate planning attorneys are schooled in every phase of estate and tax planning, including wills and trusts, management of personal assets (including real estate, employee benefits, corporations and tax laws). We also are experienced in providing such estate planning services as preparing wills, trusts, property, durable powers of attorney for health care and living wills. We also provide counseling in retirement planning, charitable gifts and family businesses, as well as assisting trustees in probate estate administration, charitable beneficiaries, estate dispute resolution and establishment of foundations. We also sponsor several free yearly seminars on estate planning and administration.
