Legal Services

The firm offers a wide variety of legal representation for lenders, including documentation of credit facilities (asset-based, mortgage, mezzanine) in the context of line of credit and term loans. It offers an even wider variety of services to assist secured and unsecured lenders in recovering their principal, interest, and attorneys’ fees for defaulting obligations by taking aggressive action in the state and federal courts, as well as the US Bankruptcy Court).

Representative Matters

We represent financial institutions and other lenders in protecting any and all collateral, objecting to allegations of preference actions, replevin actions against defaulting vehicle and equipment borrowers, and assistance in commercial collections and warding off other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. It is our belief that the key to success is measured not only in the amount of any recovery, but also the speed of obtaining it.
