The Municipal Group handles matters on behalf of municipalities in state and federal court and before many state agencies including the Connecticut Siting Council, the Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC), the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), Freedom of Information Commission and the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection.
