In addition to Cohen and Wolf, P.C.'s commercial real estate capabilities, the firm represents real estate developers and investors as well as private individuals and entities in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of residential real estate. The Real Estate Group is supported by members of the firm's Land Use & Zoning Group who assist clients in the preparation and presentation of all categories of land use applications, including variances, special permits, subdivisions, zone changes, regulation amendments, wetlands applications and CAM applications before local boards and commissions and the DEP. In addition, the Group works closely with the firm's Business & Corporate Group when matters require representation from that area.
