Condominium & Homeowners' Association Law

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. has extensive experience representing condominiums, homeowners’ associations, cooperatives, country clubs, timeshares, mixed-use communities, resorts and mobile home communities in a wide variety of litigation. CSK has resolved thousands of community association matters to the satisfaction of its clients. This includes covenant enforcement litigation, title disputes, land use litigation, developer representation, Fair Housing, employment matters, collection practices litigation, director and officer negligence, breach of fiduciary duty claims, ADA matters, and boundary line disputes.
