Greenberg Traurig’s Domain Name Portfolio Management Group, deeply experienced in global domain name and online issues, counsels clients on virtually all aspects of protecting their valuable brands and intellectual property assets online and worldwide. We have experience recovering domain names on a worldwide basis through the various dispute resolution mechanisms as well as through litigation in U.S. federal court under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, and in civil court in other countries as required. Our attorneys are active in internet governance and policy creation, in particular with respect to the protection of intellectual property online.
