Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement

Greenberg Traurig's Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement Group advises clients in multiple industries on compliance and regulatory issues regarding employees and the workplace. We routinely appear before state, federal, and local agencies such as the EEOC, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Department of Labor (DOL)-Wage and Hour Division, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), state labor commissions and fair employment practices agencies, and various other state and federal agencies enforcing employment laws. We also have experience before state, district, and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
