The HBS Government Contracting practice focuses on small and medium sized companies procuring goods and services from the federal government. The United States Congress uses government contracts not only to purchase services and goods, but also to accomplish social, economic, and public policy goals. In all cases, the government seeks the best value for the expenditure of federal funds.
