We provide legal assistance to a wide variety of clients, ranging from private individuals, partnerships, medical groups, limited liability companies, S-corporations, general corporations, and governmental clients. We represent clients in all aspects of a project, including land assemblage and acquisition, joint venture structuring and equity financing, construction and first mortgage financing, project development agreements, leasing and management of project space, and all other aspects of project development. Our firm is also experienced in environmental compliance and due diligence, and in obtaining wetlands, stream encroachment, highway access, and other permits from state and county agencies.

We work with professionals, groups and various entities in all segments of the real estate market, including developers; local, county and state bodies; boards; agencies and commissions; soil conservation districts; environmental groups; commercials real estate brokers; property management companies; commercial retail and office landlords and tenants; and financial institutions. Our clients include some of the most highly respected and best-known architects, professional planners, landscape architects, traffic engineers, engineering firms, and environmental consultants in the region.

Working in cooperation with attorneys within our firm who concentrate on other areas of practice such as taxation, litigation, and governmental law enables us to bring the full resources of the firm together in addressing the needs of our clients.
