Members of our
team have extensive experience in legislative procedures and state government.

served in state administration, and who served as committee chairs
and gubernatorial candidates. Our Alabama attorneys work closely with
team members in Washington, D.C. to effectively further our clients' interests

In Alabama, we assist
clients by planning and implementing strategies to effectively manage the legislation,
regulation, and appropriations that govern businesses at the state level. Our
services include monitoring Alabama legislative and executive branch

in regulatory agency administrative proceedings, and obtaining various licenses
and permits. With regard to regulatory matters, we represent clients in the
areas of banking and finance, economic development incentives, natural
