Intellectual Property Litigation

Trademark Litigation

Keller Rohrback has extensive experience in litigating trademark, trade dress, dilution, unfair competition, false advertising, and domain name claims in state and federal courts, as well as before the Trademark and Trial Appeal Board. For instance, we represent the Navajo Nation, a sovereign nation, in the enforcement of its trademarks.


Copyright Litigation

We represent clients on established and emerging issues in copyright law, assisting them to protect their rights and defend themselves against allegations of infringement. We represent clients in works ranging from art to software code. Our attorneys have experience litigating copyright matters in a multitude of technology arenas, as well as within the arts and a wide array of other industries.


Trade Secret Litigation

Keller Rohrback attorneys work closely with clients across diverse industries to provide trade secret counseling and litigation services. Our attorneys frequently counsel clients on best practices for protecting trade secrets and preventing claims of trade secret theft by others. We also have substantial experience working with trade secrets in the employment context. When necessary, our attorneys enforce clients’ trade secret rights in litigation, as well as defend clients against claims of trade secret theft.
