Employment Litigation

Keller Rohrback advises businesses and employees on a wide range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, discipline, discharge, documentation, wage and hour issues, employee handbooks, employee contracts, employee benefits, independent contractor agreements, non-competes, confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets issues.

Employment law matters almost always present complex factual and legal issues in the context of highly charged personal and emotional situations. We recognize the importance of moving aggressively, where appropriate, to rapidly capture crucial evidence while at the same time being sensitive to the costs of litigation and the desirability, in some situations, of pursuing alternative dispute resolution.

Keller Rohrback counsels employers regarding daily human resource issues and works to prevent problems by helping businesses implement workplace training and harassment prevention programs. Our experience includes counseling employers with respect to employee discipline and termination, investigating allegations of harassment and/or discrimination, and litigating discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract claims, as well as other related matters. Our attorneys have extensive experience with the unique and sensitive problems presented by employment law matters.
