Keller Rohrback maintains an extensive real estate legal practice. Our clients include commercial landlords and tenants, contractors, developers, banks and other lending institutions, and investment groups. We provide advice to clients in such real estate matters as acquisitions, financings and sales of commercial property, syndicating, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, sale/leaseback arrangements, tax-free exchanges, and formation of condominiums and joint ventures. In addition, Keller Rohrback assists clients in the formation and operation of organizations engaged in real estate development and syndication, including partnerships, limited liability companies, or other associations.
