Our Intellectual Property & Technology group handles litigation involving IP and technology issues as well as copyright, trade secret, false marking, and deceptive trade practices litigation. Our experience ranges from defense of professional service providers against errors & omissions claims to defense of web design disputes. Our attorneys are fluent in many programming languages, including C, C++, java, C# and other web programming languages and platforms. Several attorneys in this practice group have IT related degrees, one, for instance, in Engineering Design Project (with a focus on Internet search engines) and another in Management Information Systems (with an emphasis on contract drafting and compliance for hardware and software service providers).
