Insurance Coverage

Clients have observed that our Insurance Coverage practice group may be one of the largest such groups outside the nation’s major financial centers. Our insurance coverage practice crosses state lines. We represent several clients nationally or regionally for a wide variety of claims and various lines of business. Many of our lawyers are licensed to practice in more than one state. We write coverage opinions and make recommendations regarding all lines of property and casualty insurance (e.g., comprehensive general liability, automobile, garagekeepers, employment practices, all types of professional liability and errors and omissions, directors and officers, environmental, truckers, contractors liability, construction wraps, specialty lines, sexual misconduct, surplus lines, excess, umbrella, fire, fidelity bond, all risk, business interruption and contingent liability), life insurance, and accident and health insurance. We serve as monitoring or coverage counsel in complex litigation, including directors and officers claims. We commence and defend insurance coverage litigation. Our firm has played a significant role in developing insurance case law in high profile insurance coverage actions across the country.
