Our Insurance Group areas of concentration includes a full spectrum of insurance related litigation including all types of claims involving bodily injury, property damage, commercial property & casualty claims, product liability, coverage opinions, subrogation claims, statutory accident benefits, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance claims.

We strive to implement and adjust the litigation strategy as the file evolves and circumstances dictate. Our objective is to achieve early file settlement/closure on reasonable terms favourable to our clients through negotiation and/or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable.

Members of our Insurance Group have appeared regularly as advocates on behalf of clients at mediations, arbitrations, Financial Services Commission of Ontario proceedings, civil court trials and appeals before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
