We focus on legal representation of “creative enterprises” – entities and individual entrepreneurs organizing businesses around intellectual capital. The firm is not a typical “IP firm” – we combine intellectual property knowledge with business and dispute resolution skills to create an integrated client representation, including a strong civil litigation practice.
