Medical/Professional Negligence

Walton Lantaff represents health care providers, managed care entities, pharmacists, chiropractors, nursing homes, dentists, hospitals, and other professionals in a variety medical/professional malpractice/negligence actions and administrative proceedings. Successful defense of these claims requires a full understanding of complex medical issues and administrative guidelines. We have the litigation and trial experience to effectively defend any case, litigate salient issues, and, if necessary, explain these issues to judges and juries. Our full service approach allows us to provide complete case evaluation services, in addition to aggressive defense at both the state and federal levels, including attending arbitrations and mediations. Our representation also includes attendance at administrative hearings in front of the Department of Professional Regulation and other regulatory bodies and agencies.
