Our real estate litigation clients include: owners, investors, builders, contractors, lenders, developers, commercial and residential landlords, farmers and ranchers, commercial tenants, brokers and agents, contractors, lenders and mortgage/financial institutions and owners’ associations. We have handled disputes encompassing most forms of property interests: commercial and residential developments, raw land, oil & gas disputes, construction defects, nuisance claims, water rights disputes and many others.

We don’t believe in “off-the-shelf” real estate litigation. We believe each case deserves a thoughtful plan of execution—not just going through the motions— to strategically obtain a positive result.
