The Firm counsels clients on a wide variety of copyright issues for many types of copyrighted materials, and assists with business transactions and disputes involving copyrightable materials. Our Firm is experienced in the area of computer software, including the negotiation and preparation of software development, procurement, licensing and consulting agreements. Our experience includes music, print, video and video game publishing and development, and the enforcement of proprietary rights in connection with copyright-protected materials.
Internet Law
The Firm prepares agreements for e-Commerce businesses and interactive Web sites, including Web hosting, development, online service and application service provider agreements, Web site use agreements and privacy policies. We advise clients on avoiding liability while conducting business online.
Trade Secrets
We advise clients in confidentiality and trade secret matters, including in employment and consulting contexts, as well as noncompetition, nondisclosure/confidentiality and invention assignment agreements and invention disclosure programs.
