Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright has represented numerous claimants in various hotel construction trials and recently successfully defended the lender against dozens of lien claimants relating to the construction of the Aladdin hotel/mall project in Las Vegas.

Our attorneys played a key role in the three-week federal jury trial against Equinox International, which resulted in the recovery of some $40 million for victims of an illegal pyramid scheme. Other trials include the Resort at Summerlin, MGM and Sunrise Suites Hotel.

Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright also represented one of the main defendants (mechanical engineer) in the Hilton Hotel fire cases where eight people died and over 200 were injured. In addition, we recently defended Bridgestone Japan from a major product liability claim; we also recently won a $1 million jury verdict in a complex negligence and malpractice trial.
