Bailey & Glasser LLP, concentrates on complex trials and appeals. We have successfully handled trials or appeals, for plaintiffs and defendants, involving contracts, torts, asbestos litigation, environmental issues, coal and oil and gas disputes, public finance, professional malpractice, insurance bad faith, sensitive employment matters, white-collar crimes, murder and other serious crimes. We have also represented the State of West Virginia in impact litigation critical to the future of the State's economy and coal industry.

Our two name partners left a large firm to form Bailey & Glasser in March of 1999, to concentrate on a smaller number of interesting cases. Our lawyers, investigators and staff are committed to finding the facts that win. We use the most sophisticated information technology available today to manage and present our cases. Most of our work is referred by other lawyers and our fees vary. For every case, we are willing to offer the client either a contingent or fixed fee, so they can predict what a case will cost. This flexibility afforded by the small firm environment lets us do the best job we can for our clients.
