History and Experience
Beard St. Clair has a firm history dating back to the 1960's. Members of the firm have gone on to be a member of the US House of Representatives, an Idaho State District Judge, an Idaho Supreme Court Justice, a United States Magistrate Judge, and a Senator in the Idaho legislature.
The firm has an active litigation practice in federal and state courts and handles several jury trials per year.
We represent major insurance carriers, banks, manufacturers, high-technology companies, multi-level sales organizations, and members of the health care industry. The firm also represents individual clients in a wide-range of legal planning and problem resolution.
Members of the firm participate in various professional associations and civic and charitable organizations.
