We advise high net worth individuals and families with respect to estate, income, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation, business succession planning and asset protection. We provide sophisticated tax and asset protection strategies to individuals and advise closely held corporations, partnerships and other business entities on succession structures.

We have extensive experience in administering estates and trusts. We advise individuals with respect to post mortem planning and counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to their roles and interest therein.
